Meatballs
This Scandinavian dish of browned beef meatballs served with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes is a great classic that never gets tired. try also this tiramisu muffin recipe too.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
1 small onion
150 g of mushrooms
4 veal burgers of 120 g
2 tablespoons of oil for cooking
2 teaspoons of flour
1.5 dl of white wine or broth
1.5 dl of cream
salt
pepper
1 bunch of chives
50 g of cranberries in a jar

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms in half or in quarters depending on the size. Divide each burger into six parts and make meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the meatballs and after approx. 6 minutes add the chopped onion and mushrooms. Briefly brown everything. Sprinkle with flour. Add the white wine and cream and let the sauce simmer until it becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the chives and sprinkle them on the plates. Serve the meatballs with the cranberries.
